Coaching an individual is exciting, rewarding, and complex — now add all the dynamics of a team! If you’re ready to acquire the next level of coaching skills and become an effective team coach, this course is for you. Gain the skills to partner with the leaders, develop meaningful strategies with measurable results, and shape teams and their development. 

As part of your Excelerator™ Team Coaching you will:

• Learn the Excelerator™ Team Coaching Model
• Build your personal tool kit of team coaching skills and techniques
• Develop ROI measurement strategies and techniques
• Assess when and how to use team coaching skills

Course Dates:

During your course, you’ll participate in synchronous (in-group) and asynchronous (independent) learning.

Each course is facilitated by Essential Impact Coaches trained in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Our coaching model has been taught to individuals, teams, companies, universities, and organizations worldwide.
