Rogers Communication

Since 2011 Essential Impact has worked with Rogers to develop coaching internally. Today 160 HR professionals have completed coach training and 19 have received their ACC credential through the ICF. In addition, 600 Directors have been equipped to coach their teams. Rogers received the 2015 global PRISM award for the impact of coaching on business results including: sales spikes on coaching days, 34% increase in revenue, 72% increase in employee retention and an NPS increase of more than 20 points.
JOEY Restaurant Group

Essential Impact’s coaching initiative with JOEY Restaurant Group began in 2008 when they identified the need to develop leaders. The turnover rate was more than 200%, while a rapidly expanding market was projected to grow 30% over the next three years. Since putting the coaching program in place, JOEY Restaurant Group has been recognized for five consecutive years as one of Canada’s greatest places to work.
Surrey Food Bank

Essential Impact coached all 9 of the leadership team. Initially 5 staff and 4 board members were trained in Excelerator™ Essentials and eventually all of the administrative leadership staff took the training and continue to do so to this day. During the first two years of the recession donations increased by 14% and 18%.
