Upcoming Coach Approach to Facilitation Courses

For leaders who design learning, lead development, and guide teams through real change.

This isn’t about running better meetings, it’s about creating spaces where learning sticks.

If you’re leading onboarding, training, team sessions, or strategic initiatives, any space where people need to engage, align, and build capability together this course is for you.

Coach Approach to Facilitation teaches leaders how to intentionally design and lead group learning experiences that foster critical thinking, real contribution, and lasting insight.

It’s grounded in Essential Impact’s Excelerator™ Coaching Model, and built on our belief that facilitation isn’t about being the expert at the front of the room, it’s about creating the conditions for people to do their best thinking, together.

Studies show we retain just 5–10% of what we hear, but up to 75% when we engage in dialogue and apply learning in real time. This course is designed to help you create that level of stickiness with the people you lead.

Whether you’re working with a group of any size, you’ll learn how to design and lead interactive learning environments that build psychological bravery, spark engagement, and create the kind of clarity and connection that leads to real momentum.

There are no prerequisites for this course. It’s open to leaders at all levels who want to build their capacity to engage teams, design shared learning moments, and lead with intention.

This course provides 30 ICF-approved, coach-specific training hours
