This coaching supervision program offers experienced coaches a confidential, high-trust environment to examine their practice, strengthen their presence, and reconnect with the intention behind their work. Grounded in the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and anchored in Essential Impact’s leadership competencies, this series invites you to deepen your capacity, not only as a coach, but as a leader in service of others. 

A space to think, feel, and grow. 

Delivered in a cohort format, this program includes six live 90-minute sessions facilitated by a seasoned Master Certified Coach and Accredited Coach Supervisor. You’ll join a small group of experienced coaches in a professionally held space designed for honest reflection, learning, and alignment. 

Each session is rooted in a specific leadership competency, not explicitly named, intentionally selected to guide meaningful inquiry and personal development. This is real-play, not role-play: you’ll bring real experiences from your coaching practice to explore what showed up for you, your responses, your questions, your discomfort, your growth. It’s about the coach, not the coachee. It’s about what you notice in yourself and how you choose to evolve. 

This is not mentor coaching. It’s not a performance review. It’s a reflective practice that strengthens your presence, deepens your awareness, and supports your ability to show up fully for the people you serve.
