Pursue your Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential
The Level 1 Certified Leadership Coach program equips you with the training hours and performance evaluation required to apply for your Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Throughout the program, you gain all the skills, tools, and hands-on learning to move from foundational principles to advanced coaching strategies and real-world leadership applications. You’ll earn your Certified Leadership Coach Designation in under one year, gaining 76 ICF-Accredited Contact Learning Hours.
The Certified Leadership Program Level 1 Experience
Throughout the program, you complete our premier Excelerator Coaching™ courses. Each course is a stepping stone, providing the necessary learning and hands-on experience to advance to the next.
Live, interactive virtual classes deliver high-energy training. Because the curriculum is grounded in proven learning theory, the classes follow a practical, step-by-step structure. In each session, you practice coaching and being coached, and you observe and evaluate top ICF-accredited Essential Impact Coaches.
This approach lets you learn and apply the theory, implement the skills, and immediately experience the results. It’s skill-building at its finest! And best of all, you gain the real-world experience to coach with confidence.
With a dedicated cohort, you journey through each course together. You connect with a vibrant network of peers, plus you gain access to an international network of top ICF-accredited Essential Impact coaches. By tapping into the excellence and expertise of seasoned coaches and professionals, you maximize the learning experience (and often create lasting friendships).
After successfully completing all three courses, you earn your Certified Leadership Coach Level 1 Designation and 76 ICF-Accredited Contact Learning Hours. Then, when you’ve independently logged the 100+ ICF-required coaching hours, and you’re ready to apply for your ACC Credential, you’ll complete your Level 1 ACC Performance Evaluation with a PCC-certified Essential Impact Marker.

Log 100+ hours of coaching experience.
Submit a 20-60 minute audio recording and transcript of a coaching session that meets the ACC Minimum Skills Requirements.
Receive written feedback from your PCC-Certified Essential Impact Marker.
