Sometimes the most valuable thing you can do is take a moment to reconnect with the learning you’ve already invested in. Whether you completed Excelerator™ Essentials, Mastery, Mentor Coaching, or your Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) designation, our Summer Refresher offers an opportunity to revisit key concepts, reconnect with fellow alumni, and re-engage with the coaching and leadership skills you use every day.
Designed exclusively for Essential Impact alumni, this interactive virtual experience creates intentional space to pause, reflect, practice, and learn alongside others who share a commitment to leadership and growth.
During the Summer Refresher you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Revisit key coaching and leadership concepts
- Observe live coaching demonstrations and facilitated discussions
- Practice and strengthen your skills in a supportive environment
- Learn from the experiences and perspectives of fellow alumni
- Reconnect with the Essential Impact community

This refresher is open to all Essential Impact alumni, including those who have completed:
