Discover what non-directive coaching is and how this skilled approach with others can enhance your professional and personal lives.

The course is facilitated by seasoned executive coaches (MCC & PCC levels), who are faculty in our ICF-approved, Canada-wide coaching system.

You’ll learn the theory, watch the live demos, and practice coaching in a supportive, fun environment with an intriguing mix of people from the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors. You’ll also deepen your communication and leadership skills, enabling you to make a bigger difference in the world.

This SEEDS coaching program is internationally acknowledged for benefiting local communities.

You Will Learn

• The Excelerator Coaching System, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, and is part of the core curriculum of the Certified Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University
• Structures, tools, and resources to coach individuals and teams
• Essential skills for improving your own and other people’s performance
• How to use a coach approach to promote responsibility and collaboration
• The Strength Deployment Inventory, a relationship awareness tool for learning and change. Inventory to be completed pre-workshop
• When, how and why to use coaching in the workplace

Marjorie Busse has been a Master Certified Coach for over 17 years and is a skilled facilitator. She is a partner of Essential Impact and lead faculty at the Royal Roads Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching program.
