The course is facilitated by seasoned executive coaches (MCC & PCC levels), who are faculty in our ICF-approved, Canada-wide coaching system.
You’ll learn the theory, watch the live demos, and practice coaching in a supportive, fun environment with an intriguing mix of people from the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors. You’ll also deepen your communication and leadership skills, enabling you to make a bigger difference in the world.
This SEEDS coaching program is internationally acknowledged for benefitting local communities.

You Will Learn
- The Excelerator Coaching™ System, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, and is part of the core curriculum of the Certified Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University

Facilitators
Ed Temple, CEC, PCC is an associate coach with Essential Impact and holds a certificate in Executive Coaching and is a Professional Certified Coach. Ed is an experienced facilitator who has worked with non-profit, public, church and charitable sectors.
Molly Edge, CEC, PCC, is an associate coach with Essential Impact. She is a Professional Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and the International Coach Federation who brings a fresh, rich portfolio of over 17 years of business experience, primarily in the hospitality industry.
