In “Listen Like a Boss: Realistic Active Listening Skills for Busy Leaders,” we’ll explore the crucial role listening plays in leadership and the value of listening as a core coaching competency. 

This interactive, collective learning experience goes beyond basic techniques and explores how (and when) to activate deep listening and practical ways to integrate listening skills in the workplace.
