Introduction to Excelerator™ Coaching

Why Coaching?

What is it that leaders at all levels in their organizations are discovering about the transformational power of coaching?

We invite you to test drive a coach approach to leadership in this one-day workshop. Get an introduction through real-play (vs. role play) how coaching skills can foster a climate of trust which leads to accountability and innovation. Experience first hand how an environment of open communication increases engagement. Check-in on your listening skills and practice building great questions in interpersonal interactions.

Participants are introduced to the four principles of the Excelerator Coaching™ Model – Engage, Enlighten, Empower, Excel. They experience coaching firsthand by being coached and coaching others using the highly effective Great Question!™ Action Learning Game. This workshop provides participants the opportunity to address issues they face in the work place. An introductory workshop that can change your perspective and approach on leadership.

• 1 day intro to coaching workbooks for each participant. The workbooks also include Pocket Cards which contain the key Excelerator Coaching™ ideas plus questions taken from each of the Excelerator principles.
• The Excelerator Coaching™ program is a highly interactive program. Learners get enough theory to understand the basic effects of coaching on
  the mind and how that helps people being coached make sustainable changes.
