What does it look like to be an expert in a learning environment while leading with a non-directive coach approach? How, as facilitators, do we hold people capable?

Learn how to transform the classroom experience by teaching using your coaching competencies. You’ll examine different facilitation techniques, explore ways to meet the needs of different learning styles, and discover how to identify and teach towards the learning gaps in your classroom.
