Excelerator™ Mastery: The Evolve Principle

36 hours of International Coaching Federation (ICF)

Approved Coach Specific Training hours (ACSTH)

2 sessions per week for 4.5 weeks

Designed to strengthen your coaching skills, Excelerator™ Mastery builds on the training and coursework from Excelerator™ Essentials. It is also the next step in becoming a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC)*. 

During Mastery, you will continue to hone your coaching competencies while exploring the strengths, values, and personal experiences that help shape how you show up as a coach. 

You will also have the opportunity to learn how coaching plays a role in the workplace and learn strategies for building sustainable coaching cultures.

• Continue to sharpen and hone your non-directive coaching skills 
• Clarify your unique coaching purpose and presence
• Learn how to create, implement and sustain elements of a coaching culture
• Set goals for your coaching practice 
• Complete the next step towards becoming a Certified Leadership Coach

During your course, you’ll participate in synchronous (in-group) and asynchronous (independent) learning.

Each course is facilitated by Essential Impact Coaches trained in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Our coaching model has been taught to individuals, teams, companies, universities, and organizations worldwide.
