Excelerator™ Mastery: The Evolve Principle

Excelerator™ Mastery deepens participants’ understanding of their unique coaching strengths, illuminates the values and beliefs that inform their coaching, and builds an awareness of how to leverage this skillset to create lasting organizational change. Participants are exposed to a breadth of coaching applications, challenging coaching situations, and strategies for building coaching cultures. As always, learners engage in
experiential learning and live application.

Who is it for?

Leaders who want to grow their coaching skillset and deepen their understanding of how to implement a coaching culture; individuals working towards their Certified Leadership Coach (CLC).

You will:

• Develop greater skill in non-directive coaching per ICF core competencies
• Gain understanding in how to create, implement and sustain elements of a coaching culture
• Learn new techniques to deal effectively with challenging clients
• Discover your unique strengths as a coach
• Set goals for your personal business plan, as either an internal or external coach (if applicable)

This virtual synchronous (facilitated in group) and asynchronous (on your own) course will take place on:

  • Fridays January 8, 15, 22, 29, February 5, 12, 19, 26, March 5
    6:00 am – 9:00 am PDT / 7:00 am – 10:00 am MDT / 9:00 am – 12:00 pm EDT

This course is facilitated by International Coach Federation Accredited professionals who are exceptional coaches and facilitators.  The Excelerator™ Coaching System is International Coach Federation (ICF) approved, and the recipient of accolades and global awards. The Excelerator™ Model has been taught to thousands, over 20 years, through individuals, teams, departments and organizations across North America and around the world.
