Get accredited and earn credentials.
After completing Excelerator™ Essentials Part 2 you will:

• Earn your Excelerator™ Essentials Digital Coaching badge 
• Deepen their integration of Excelerator Coaching™ skills through extended practice, reflection, and application 
• Receive observational coaching feedback from peers and a professional, ICF-accredited (PCC-certified) coaches, strengthening self-awareness and coaching effectiveness
• Develop the ability to give, receive, and integrate coaching feedback to support ongoing development
• Complete and debrief the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) to increase awareness of personal strengths, motivational drivers, and relationship dynamics
• Receive 30 coaching education hours accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
• Complete one more step towards earning your Certified Leadership Coach Designation

Prerequisite
The prerequisite for this course is Excelerator™ Essentials Part 1.

Course Dates
Excelerator™ Essentials Part 2 is a two-day course delivered virtually on:

• Tuesday, June 9th, 2026 from 9:30am – 1:30pm PST / 12:30pm – 4:30pm EST
• Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 from 9:30am – 1:30pm PST / 12:30pm – 4:30pm EST

Program Delivery
Excelerator™ Essentials Part 2 is a fourteen-hour program delivered virtually. You will complete:

• Two 4-hour virtual training sessions
• Six hours of asynchronous learning

During your course, you’ll participate in synchronous (in-group) and asynchronous (independent) learning.

Each course is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and facilitated by coaches trained in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model. Our coaching model has been taught to individuals, teams, companies, universities, and organizations worldwide.

This program includes an online e-textbook from Texidium. In the lead-up to your program start date, we will provide you with details on how to access and download your virtual textbook. *The Certified Leadership Coach designation is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed Excelerator™ Essentials, Excelerator™ Mastery, and Mentor Coaching through Essential Impact.
