The course is facilitated by seasoned executive coaches, who are faculty in our ICF-approved, Canada-wide coaching system.
You Will Learn
- The Excelerator Coaching™ System, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, and is part of the core curriculum of the Certified Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University
- Structures, tools, and resources to coach individuals and teams
- Essential skills for improving your own and other people’s performance
- How to use a coach approach to promote responsibility and collaboration
- The Strength Deployment Inventory®, a relationship awareness tool for learning and change. Inventory to be completed pre-workshop
- When, how and why to use coaching in the workplace
Facilitators
Bruce Swan, B.Comm, DHA, FCCSHE, CEC, PCC, is a graduate of the Certified Executive Coaching program from Royal Roads University, has achieved his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials with the the ICF, and is an SDI® certified facilitator. He brings over 30 years of Senior Executive experience to his coaching practice.
Pam Griffiths, CEC, PCC, is a graduate of the Certified Executive Coaching program from Royal Roads University, has achieved his Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials with the the ICF, and is an SDI® certified facilitator. She has over 20 years of experience in training and coaching in business and leadership development.
