Excelerator Essentials is a powerful standalone course that delivers lasting results on its own, or it can be your first step toward earning the full Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) designation. Whether you’re focused on your growth as a leader or aiming to deepen your coaching expertise, this course meets you where you are.

Course Dates:

1 session, 3 hours per week for 7 weeks

Fridays: October 24, 31, November 7, 14, 21, 28, December 5, 2025
7:00 am – 10:00 am PDT / 8:00 am – 11:00 am MDT / 10:00 am – 1:00 pm EDT

During your course, you’ll participate in 21 hours of synchronous (in class) and 9 hours of asynchronous (out of class) learning. The asynchronous learning is  independent reading and coaching practice completed in small groups with other participants.
