Foundational Course: Develop Leadership Competencies through Non-Directive Coaching

Course Dates:

1 session, 3 hours per week for 7 weeks

Thursdays: April 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8, 15, 22, 2025
7:00 am – 10:00 am PDT / 8:00 am – 11:00 am MDT / 10:00 am – 1:00 pm EDT

During your course, you’ll participate in 21 hours of synchronous (in class) and 9 hours of asynchronous (out of class) learning. The asynchronous learning is  independent reading and coaching practice completed in small groups with other participants.

Each course is facilitated by Essential Impact Coaches trained in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Our coaching model has been taught to individuals, teams, companies, universities, and organizations worldwide.

*The Certified Leadership Coach designation is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed Excelerator™ Essentials, Excelerator™ Mastery, and Mentor Coaching through Essential Impact.
