This program is designed for Executives, Managers, Leaders, HR Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Sales People in the private, public and not for profit sectors that want to create a collaborative work culture.

The course is facilitated by seasoned executive coaches, who are faculty in our ICF-approved, Canada-wide coaching system.

• The Excelerator Coaching™ System, which is accredited by the International Coach Federation, and is part of the core curriculum of the Certified Executive Coaching program at Royal Roads University

• The Strength Deployment Inventory®, a relationship awareness tool for learning and change. Inventory to be completed pre-workshop
