Learn how to use powerful listening skills through using the knowledge of liminal thinking and how metaphor and story helps expand your client’s thinking and worldview to discover new ways forward. Transformational listening is anything but a sounding board; it shares knowledge, challenges thinking and helps your clients dream of what is possible all while keeping the coaching conversation safe and agenda free. You will learn key skills to elevate your listening to listening that transforms.
