In leadership conversations, if we don’t understand what’s informing behaviour, we miss out on the opportunity to help our people achieve their best. 

The good news? Coaching skills can help us balance what we think we know with the things unseen. Techniques like reframing, challenging questioning and mirroring help us zero in on the key issues.
