Coaches Available for Mentor Coaching Sessions

We offer one-to-one mentor coaching sessions in order to improve your coaching ability and help you achieve your ICF accreditation.

Mentor Coaches are trained by Essential Impact and are ICF certified.

Mentor coaches have hundreds of hours working with new coachees who are perfecting their coaching skills with goal of becoming ICF certified.

molly-front Molly Edge, CEC, PCC, is an associate partner with Essential Impact. She is a Professional Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University and the International Coach Federation who brings a fresh, rich portfolio of over 17 years of business experience, primarily in the hospitality industry.

Robert Gray, BA, ACC, CLC is an associate coach and Director of SEEDS (Social Enterprise Excelerator Development System), BC with Essential Impact. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector. Robert sees coaching as a vital component for leaders and organizations who want to succeed and reach beyond the confines of what might be expected in order to reach their goals.
