Our Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) Program equips you with the knowledge, skills, and experience to show up as an accomplished coach and a confident leader.
Throughout the Certified Leadership Coach Program you will complete three courses founded on the Excelerator Coaching™ Model:
- Excelerator™ Essentials
- Excelerator™ Mastery
- Mentor Coaching
The award-winning Excelerator Coaching™ Model model has been taught to thousands of individuals, teams, and organizations across North America and around the world. It includes five core principles:
- Engage
- Enlighten
- Empower
- Excel
- Evolve
The five principles work together to provide you with an agile, proven, non-directive coaching framework. This framework, brought to life through experiential and highly participatory training, helps you develop a set of actionable coaching and leadership skills.
Upon course completion, you will also meet the necessary training requirements to apply for your Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
