Each coaching session centers around your unique goals. Excelerator Coaches use a framework of curiosity and intentional listening to ask you powerful questions, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and share agenda-free feedback. They help you drive towards meaningful, measurable, concrete results.
Because we’ve developed an international network of proven coaches with diverse experience and professional backgrounds, you’ll be paired with a coach who knows exactly how to help you reach your goals. And, if the coach you’re partnered with isn’t quite the right fit, we can easily match you with a new coach without missing a beat.
Our three-month package is ideal for individuals who are:
- Interested in achieving immediate goals
- Ready to level up their leadership capacity
- Ready to work with a strategic thinking partner
- Starting a new job or leading a new team
- Exploring personal/professional opportunities
3-Month Coaching Package Includes:
- Pairing you with an ICF accredited Excelerator Coach
- Goal setting
- 3 coaching sessions spread out over a 3-month period
Coaching sessions can be conducted in-person, on the phone, or via zoom. Together with your coach, you will decide the coaching format that works best for you.
What happens next:
After purchasing your package, we’ll email you an intake form. This helps us get to know you and your goals a little better. Using these insights, we’ll match you with your coach. If you already know who you’d like to work with, there’s an opportunity to let us know on the intake form.
To ensure the partnership is a good fit, you’ll have a 15-minute intro call with your coach before your first session. If it’s not a match, no problem. We can easily connect you with a new coach.
