Participants in this course discover what non-directive coaching is and how this skilled approach with others can enhance their professional and personal lives.

Participants learn the theory, watch the live demos, and practice coaching in a supportive, fun environment with an intriguing mix of people from the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors. Students deepen their communication and leadership skills, enabling them to make a bigger difference in the world.

  • The Strength Deployment Inventory®, a relationship awareness tool for learning and change. Inventory to be completed pre-workshop

The course is taught by Professional and Master Certified coaches who have established successful coaching practices, and are faculty in our ICF-approved, Canada-wide coaching system.
