1. Excelerator Essentials – Your starting point. This foundational course equips you with coaching skills that immediately strengthen how you lead, communicate, and empower others.2. Excelerator Mastery – Advance your coaching mindset and leadership range with more complex tools and techniques.
3. Mentor Coaching – Finish strong. Refine your practice with feedback and meet the requirements for Certified Leadership Coach designation.
While some participants pursue full certification, many start with Excelerator Essentials to immediately level up their leadership, and later bring Essential Impact into their organizations to scale the learning across teams.
