TD Bank Group’s dedication to their people and teams remained steadfast despite a global pandemic. Amidst worldwide disruption, their ongoing commitment to employees through their multi-phased coaching ecosystem resulted in increased goal attainment, improved engagement, and an increased sense of care, growth and well-being.
We are proud to have developed and facilitated the course curriculum designed to help shift colleagues from a directive leadership style to a non-directive coach approach. We are also privileged to have partnered with TD’s lead coach, Ernie Gross, Dare2Soar.
