TD Bank Group Wins the 2021 International Prism Award for Coaching

We are thrilled to celebrate our partners at TD Bank Group for earning the 2021 International Prism Award from the International Coaching Federation.

TD Bank Group’s dedication to their people and teams remained steadfast despite a global pandemic. Amidst worldwide disruption, their ongoing commitment to employees through their multi-phased coaching ecosystem resulted in increased goal attainment, improved engagement, and an increased sense of care, growth and well-being.

We are proud to have developed and facilitated the course curriculum designed to help shift colleagues from a directive leadership style to a non-directive coach approach. We are also privileged to have partnered with TD’s lead coach, Ernie Gross, Dare2Soar.

The success of coaching at TD Bank Group continues to be possible thanks to program champions Gregory Smith, Jas Sidhu, Mona Bali, Ernie Gross, and Carollyne Conlinn.
