DESCRIPTION:If you’re an organizational leader who’s completed Excelerator™ Essentials Part 1\, and you’re ready to boost your coaching skills\, this course is for you!  \nElevate your coaching practice\, level up your leadership\, and earn your Essentials Digital Coaching Badge in Excelerator™ Essentials Part 2.  \nPlus\, completing this course takes you one step closer to earning your Certified Leadership Coach (CLC)* designation.    \nLearning Outcomes:\nAchieve a higher level of coaching competency.\nIn Excelerator™ Essentials Part 2 you will: \n\nElevate your coaching skills by observing\, practicing\, and experiencing coaching\nGain invaluable\, real-time feedback by working one-to-one with certified coaches\nExplore how to apply coaching skills in the workplace\nLearn how to integrate coaching with your unique leadership style\n\nGet accredited and earn credentials.\nAfter completing Excelerator™ Essentials Part 2 you will: \n\nEarn your Excelerator™ Essentials Digital Coaching badge \nBe equipped with the fundamentals of coaching\, and leading with a coach approach\nReceive credit for 30 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF)\nComplete one more step towards earning your Certified Leadership Coach Designation \n\nPrerequisite and Program Delivery\nPrerequisite\nThe prerequisite for this course is Excelerator™ Essentials Part 1. \nCourse Dates\nExcelerator™ Essentials Part 2 is a two-day course delivered virtually on:  \n\nFriday\, September 15th\, 2023 from 9 am – 1 pm PST  (12 pm – 4 pm EST)\nFriday\, September 22nd\, 2023 from 9 am – 1 pm PST (12 pm – 4 pm EST)\n\nProgram Delivery\nExcelerator™ Essentials Part 2 is a fourteen-hour program delivered virtually. In a cohort of up to 24 participants\, you will complete: \n\nTwo 4-hour virtual training sessions\nSix hours of asynchronous learning\n\nYou’ll participate in synchronous (in-group) and asynchronous (independent) learning during your course. \nEach course is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and facilitated by coaches trained in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model. Our coaching model has been taught to individuals\, teams\, companies\, universities\, and organizations worldwide. \nThis program includes an online e-textbook from Texidium. In the lead-up to your program start date\, we will provide you with details on how to access and download your virtual textbook.
