Whether you’re onboarding a new team\, facilitating training\, or leading strategic sessions\, this course equips you to create clarity\, momentum\, and connection\, no matter the size of the group. \nCourse Dates \n1 session\, 3 hours per week for 8 weeks \nTuesdays October 20\, 27\, November 3\, 10\, 17\, 24\, December 1\, 8\, 2026\n9:30 am – 12:30 pm PDT / 10:30 am – 1:30 pm MDT / 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm EDT \nDuring your course\, you’ll participate in 24 hours of synchronous (in class) and 6 hours of asynchronous (out of class) learning. The asynchronous learning is independent reading and exercises.
