SUMMARY:Mentor Coaching
DESCRIPTION:Mentor Coaching\nIn Mentor Coaching you will complete 10-hours of coach training over a three month period.  \nDuring this time\, you will drill down on International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies\, sharpen your coaching skills\, and receive one-to-one feedback from an ICF accredited Mentor Coach.  \nYou will also strengthen your professional network by completing this course in a small cohort of dedicated coaches and professionals.  \nMentor Coaching is the third and final step towards becoming a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC)*. It also meets the training requirements for ICF accreditation.  \nGain the knowledge\, skills\, feedback\, and experience to earn your coaching credential! \nThis course is for individuals who: \n\nWant to strengthen and/or refresh their coaching skills\nWant to complete mentor coach training in a cohort of dedicated coaches\nAre interested in earning their Certified Leadership Coach designation\nAre interested in accrediting with the International Coaching Federation\nRe-credentialing with the International Coaching Federation \n\nDuring the course\, you will: \n\nWork with a highly experienced and ICF accredited Mentor Coach\nReceive one-to-one verbal and written coaching feedback \nDeep dive into ICF core competencies \nComplete the final step in becoming a Certified Leadership Coach\n\nProgram Details: \nWe’ve broken down the Mentor Coaching program into two parts.  \n\nGroup Sessions\nThis includes group learning with your cohort\nOne-to-One Mentor Coaching\nThis includes individual learning with your ICF accredited Mentor Coach\n\n1. Group Sessions \nIncludes: One 60-minute session\, and four 90-minute sessions for a total of 7 hours  \nYou will participate in five group sessions where you will coach\, be coached\, and observe coaching. You will also spend time exploring the ICF core competencies. \nTo successfully complete Mentor Coaching\, you must attend all five sessions. Attendance enables you to meet the training standards of both Essential Impact and the ICF.    \nIn the event that you are unable to attend a group session\, you are required to book an extra One-to-One Mentor Coaching session for an additional fee. \n2. One-to-One Mentor Coaching \nIncludes: Three 60-minute session for a total of 3 hours   \nYou will participate in three one-to-one coaching sessions with your ICF accredited Mentor Coach.  \nWorking together you will schedule three meetings throughout the three month program. You will also have the opportunity to shape your learning for these sessions.  \nAt least one session needs to include observed coaching feedback. For 30-minutes\, your mentor coach will observe you coach someone outside of your cohort. After\, your mentor coach will debrief with you and share their written and verbal feedback.  \nThe additional two\, 60-minute sessions may be used for: \n\nPersonal 1:1 coaching from your mentor coach\nAdditional observed coaching feedback sessions  \n\nCourse Dates: \n\nFridays: Nov 12\, Dec 10 2027\, Jan 7\, Jan 28\, Feb 18 2028\n8:00 am – 9:30 am PDT / 9:00 am – 10:30 am MDT / 11:00 am – 12:30 pm EDT\n\nDuring your course\, you’ll participate in synchronous (in-group) and asynchronous (independent) learning. \nEach course is facilitated by Essential Impact Coaches trained in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Our coaching model has been taught to individuals\, teams\, companies\, universities\, and organizations worldwide. \n  \n*The Certified Leadership Coach designation is awarded to individuals who have successfully completed Excelerator™ Essentials\, Excelerator™ Mastery\, and Mentor Coaching through Essential Impact.
