This course is designed to help you move beyond simply applying coaching skills to fully embodying them—seamlessly integrating coaching into your leadership approach. \nIn this immersive\, practice-based experience\, you will:     🔷 Refine and deepen your coaching presence\, developing greater confidence and agility in your conversations.     🔷 Strengthen your ability to navigate complex leadership challenges by making coaching a natural and habitual part of how you lead.     🔷 Enhance your ability to develop others\, fostering growth and accountability within your team or organization.     🔷 Apply the Excelerator Coaching™ Model in increasingly sophisticated and impactful ways\, making coaching second nature in your leadership interactions.     🔷 Engage in real-time coaching practice and receive in-depth feedback\, allowing you to hone your skills in a supportive learning environment. \nThis course is where coaching and leadership become seamless\, equipping you with the tools to communicate more effectively\, develop high-performing teams\, and lead with greater clarity and influence. \nWho Should Attend?\nLeaders\, managers\, and professionals who have completed the Excelerator Essentials Foundational Course and are ready to deepen their coaching skills and leadership competencies. \nCourse Dates: \n1 session\, 3 hours per week for 9 weeks \nFridays: May 1\, 8\, 15\, 22\, 29\, June 5\, 12\, 19\, 26\, 2026\n9:30 am – 12:30 pm PDT / 10:30 am – 1:30 pm MDT / 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm EDT \nDuring your course\, you’ll participate in 27 hours of synchronous (in class) and 9 hours of asynchronous (out of class) learning. The asynchronous learning is independent reading and coaching practice completed in small groups with other participants. \nEach course is facilitated by Essential Impact Coaches trained in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Our coaching model has been taught to individuals\, teams\, companies\, universities\, and organizations worldwide. \nThe week prior to your course start date you will receive your welcome package including your online e-textbook from Texidium.
