DESCRIPTION:Excelerator™ Mastery: The Evolve Principle \n36 hours of International Coach Federation (ICF) \nApproved Coach Specific Training hours (ACSTH) \n  \nMastery supports you going deeper to discover your own coaching strengths\, the values and beliefs that drive you\, and apply them on a personal journey of self-discovery. You will emerge with clarity about who you are as a coach\, and the unique gifts and talents\, you bring to your leadership and the coaching world. The journey through the Excelerator™ Evolve principle is personal\, exciting\, inspiring and hard work. Studying\, among other things\, coaching applications\, challenging situations\, as well as coaching culture strategies.  It’s all about the art and science of ‘being’ as a coach. The new International Coach Federation (ICF) Core Competencies will be discussed and practiced in detail. You will interact with peers on the same journey and be coached throughout. If you’re looking to ‘Evolve’ your coaching to the next level by honing your coaching abilities\, stretching some others and studying a mindful reflective coaching practice\, this program is for you.  \n  \nYou will: \n\nUnderstand the new International Coach Federation core competencies at a deeper level\nDiscover your unique Signature Presence as a coach\nDetermine your Higher Purpose\, and how it links to your personal drivers\nSet goals for you and your business plan\, as either an internal or external coach\nHave the added 36 hours of required education\, to attach to your 30 hour Excelerator Essentials program\, on the path to your Certified Leadership Coach designation (CLC)\n\n\nCreate and use forms and processes for client management\nDeal effectively with challenging clients\nCreate\, implement and sustain elements of a coaching culture\n\n    \nThis virtual synchronous (facilitated in group) and asynchronous (on your own) course will take place on: \n\nWednesdays September 30\, October 7\, 14\, 21\, 28\, November 4\, 11\, 18\, 25\n6:00 am – 9:00 am PDT / 7:00 am – 10:00 am MDT / 9:00 am – 12:00 am EDT\n\n  \nThis course is facilitated by International Coach Federation Accredited professionals who are exceptional coaches and facilitators.  The Excelerator™ Coaching System is International Coach Federation (ICF) approved\, and the recipient of accolades and global awards.
