Through practical tools and real-time feedback\, you’ll learn how to: \n\nBuild deeper trust and engagement with your team\nAsk powerful questions that spark insight and accountability\nNavigate challenging conversations with clarity and confidence\nShift from problem-solving to empowering others\nStrengthen your leadership presence and self-awareness\n\nYou’ll walk away with skills you can apply immediately—and the mindset to lead more intentionally\, whether you’re supporting individuals\, teams\, or navigating organizational change. \nExcelerator Essentials is a powerful standalone course that delivers lasting results on its own\, or it can be your first step toward earning the full Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) designation. Whether you’re focused on your growth as a leader or aiming to deepen your coaching expertise\, this course meets you where you are. \nCourse Dates: \n1 session\, 3 hours per week for 7 weeks \nThursdays: February 19\, 26\, March 5\, 12\, 19\, 26\, April 2\, 2026\n9:30 am – 12:30 pm PDT / 10:30 am – 1:30 pm MDT / 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm EDT \nDuring your course\, you’ll participate in 21 hours of synchronous (in class) and 9 hours of asynchronous (out of class) learning. The asynchronous learning is  independent reading and coaching practice completed in small groups with other participants. \nThe week prior to your course start date you will receive your welcome package including your online e-textbook from Texidium.
