Leaders, managers, and professionals eager to enhance their leadership and communication skills through coaching. This course is ideal whether you’re new to coaching or looking to refine your leadership competencies.

Course Delivery Information:

1 session, 3 hours per week for 7 weeks

During your course, you’ll participate in 21 hours of synchronous (in class) and 9 hours of asynchronous (out of class) learning. The asynchronous learning is  independent reading and coaching practice completed in small groups with other participants.

Each course is facilitated by Essential Impact Coaches trained in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model and accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Our coaching model has been taught to individuals, teams, companies, universities, and organizations worldwide.

Accreditation:

This course counts towards credits for the following Governing Bodies:
🔷 Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) – CPD Credits
🔷 The Association of Science and Engineering Technology (ASET) – CPD Credits
🔷 International Coaching Federation (ICF) – 30 Hours Approved Contact Training Hours (Level 1 + 2)

Important Note for Organizational Participants:

If you have completed the 16-hour Excelerator™ Essentials Part 1 (also known as Coaching for Leaders Part 1) through your organization, you are eligible to register for Part 2 to complete the full 30-hour Excelerator Essentials experience.

Please note: The Part 2 offering listed below is intended specifically for individuals who have already completed Part 1 through their organization.
If you are a new participant looking to complete the full Excelerator Essentials program, please register for the full course below named Excelerator Essentials, which includes both Part 1 and Part 2.
