Our Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) Program equips you with the knowledge, skills, and experience to show up as an accomplished coach and a confident leader. Throughout the program you will complete three courses:
- Excelerator™ Essentials
- Excelerator™ Mastery
- Mentor Coaching
As you move through each course, you will continue to build on practiced skills, strengthening your coaching and leadership capacity.
Our courses — founded on core principles in the Excelerator Coaching™ Model — provide you with an agile, proven, non-directive coaching framework.
As a Certified Leadership Coach you’ll be:
- Trained by highly experienced, accredited Essential Impact Coaches
- Capable and confident to coach, having accrued 76 hours of training and hands-on coaching experience
- Equipped with actionable skills to help you get the best out of individuals, teams, and organizations
Upon successful completion, you will be awarded the Certified Leadership Coach Designation — our highest level of recognition and achievement.
The Certified Leadership Coach Designation is granted to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional coaching skills, and who have proven expertise using the Excelerator Coaching™ Model. It recognizes your completion of 76 hours of immersive, experiential coach training.
Certified Leadership Coaches also meet the necessary training requirements to apply for your Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Certified Leadership Coach Program Delivery
The Certified Leadership Coach Program includes 76 ICF Accredited Contact Learning Hours delivered in a blended virtual learning environment hosted through Zoom and facilitated by ICF-Accredited Excelerator™ Coaches.
Your experience includes a combination of live synchronous training, asynchronous peer learning, self-directed study, and observational feedback from peers and ICF-Accredited Excelerator™ Coaches.
Individuals completing their Certified Leadership Coach designation receive training in English, and Teams and Organizations can access their training in English or French.
